Payment Options
All bills are due upon receipt and are past due after the 15th of each month. Bills not paid by the due date will be assessed a 5% late fee. Payment methods and options are listed below.
Automatic Draft from Credit/Debit Card:
- VEC accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express
- Credit/debit card drafts will occur on the 1st of every month

Automatic Draft from Bank Account:
- Bank drafts will occur on the 5th of every month
- Click the button to sign up for automatic bank draft
Pay by Credit Card:
- VEC accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express
- Pay your bill via credit card at the VEC office or online
- Click the button to pay online using one of the above-mentioned credit cards
