Staying connected to your Victoria Electric Co-op account has never been easier. Our convenient mobile app is available for both Apple and Android devices. Download the free app now!


View Account Information

Select the Account Info icon to view a list of all of your accounts complete with due dates and balances. Select a specific account from the account list to make a single payment or to sign up for push notifications for that account.

View Your Bill History

You can quickly access a concise summary of each of your bills and link to PDF copies of your available bills.

Make a Payment

After you have logged into your account, select the Payment icon to easily make payments either on a single account or for multiple accounts, if applicable.

View Payment History

The Payment History icon connects you to a list of your past payments by month, including the date and amount of each payment.

Manage Alerts

You can control all of the alerts and reminders for your account on your mobile device. Alerts and reminders can be configured for each account and on individual mobile devices.

Find Our Offices

Even before you log in, you can use the mobile app to view office and payment locations including contact information like phone numbers, addresses, and hours of operation.

It’s never been easier to find us on Facebook! From the login screen on the mobile app, without logging in, you can connect directly to our Facebook page for up-to-date information.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our Mobile Apps are downloaded and installed on your compatible mobile device, while the Mobile Web App is accessed entirely through the mobile web browser on your smartphone or another mobile device. Both the versions of the app give you secure access to your account information and allow you to view your bills and payment history, manage your alerts and reminders, and make payments on your accounts directly from your mobile device. The downloadable Mobile App also allows you to register for push notifications of account milestones, such as an approaching or a missed due date. Push notifications are not available with the Mobile Web App.

Our Mobile Apps are supported on the following platforms:

  • iOS 7.0 or later (iPhone and iPad)
  • Android 2.3.x and 4.x.x

Our Mobile Web App version supports the following browsers:

  • Google Chrome on Android OS 2.3.x and 4.x.x
  • Safari on iOS 7.0 and above
  • Internet Explorer on Windows Phone 7
  • BlackBerry browser on BlackBerry OS 6 and above

Yes! All of your critical information is encrypted in every transaction through the Mobile Web App, and no personal information is stored on your mobile device. However, keep in mind that most mobile devices provide you with the capability to store your login information for apps installed on the device. If you choose to store your login information, any person who has access to your mobile device can also access your account.

Both the Mobile App and the Mobile Web App give you the ability to view your accounts, bills, payment history, make secure payments, manage alerts and reminders, and contact us via email or phone.

If you've installed the Mobile App on your phone, you can also receive push notifications and view a map of our office and payment locations.

No! Our Mobile App is completely free to download and use.

Yes. Once you've logged in, you'll be directed to a list of all of your accounts. To display the details for a specific account, simply select that account.

If you only have one account, the details for that account will show up as soon as you log in.

Yes! From the list of accounts, you can either opt to pay all accounts, or select specific accounts for your payment. You can also make a payment to a single account by selecting the payment option when that specific account's details are displayed.

The information you see in the Mobile App and the Mobile Web App is shown in real-time, so it's always accurate. However, if you keep your Mobile App or Mobile Web App open for an extended period, you should refresh the page by selecting a new option to ensure the information is still current.

Our App will display PDF versions of your available bills using the PDF reader you have on your smart device. We support and recommend the Adobe PDF reader for the best results on Android devices. If you do not have the Adobe PDF reader already installed on your Android device, the App will prompt you to install it from the Android Market to ensure your PDF bills display correctly.

The first time you launch the Mobile App, you'll be asked if you want to enable push notifications on your device. Select “OK” to enable push notifications. Next, be sure to select each individual account and enable the "Notify" option for every account where you want to receive push notifications.

If you have our App installed on multiple devices, don't forget to enable push notifications for your accounts on each device, as the push notification settings are entirely device-specific.

All you have to do is open the App and select the “Locations” link at the bottom of the login screen. You do not even need to log in to view addresses, maps to our locations, or our contact information.
